Taylor Swift loves to reach out to her fans, but her most recent surprise may be one of her sweetest gestures yet. The singer-songwriter visited Boston Children's Hospital to hangout and perform for six-year-old Jordan Brave who's currently battling Leukemia.
At nine months old Jordan was diagnosed with a rare genetic disorder called Williams Syndrome that led to physical and developmental disabilities along with having a severe heart condition. Swift dropped by his hospital room to help brighten his day with a little air hockey and a duet of "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together".
