Litchfield, Minn- Perhaps the biggest relief for any family with military ties is the day when their loved ones return home from serving our country.

For families of the 94 National Guard members that returned home Tuesday, it was a day 11 months in the making. The 849th Mobility Augmentation Company had a tough job in Afghanistan, coming under fire in January but every single soldier that left 11 months ago returned home on Tuesday, a blessing their families will forever be grateful for.

"It's crazy. Doesn't seem real," Spc. Tucker Ingenthron admitted. "We just left Afghanistan two weeks ago."

These soldiers deserved a hero's welcome home, and they got one. Thank you soldiers for your service.
