STUDY: We're Going to Over-Indulge This Weekend (Big Time)

It's Labor Day Weekend, which means chances are you are going to over-indulge.

That's no surprise. But it may surprise you how much you over-indulge.

A survey found that the average person eats three times more at a BBQ than they would during a normal meal. Most of us chow down on about 1,800 calories at a typical barbecue, while a typical meal at home would be about 500 to 700 calories.

Oh, and that's not even counting the alcohol. Have a few glasses of wine or a couple of beers with that burger, hot dog and potato salad and that's an extra 400 calories or more.
