Like my post earlier this week of the '20 Things You Should Never Text'- sometimes 'fat free' is what's available- (if you're dining at someone else's house) you eat what's offered.

I used to buy a lot of fat-free food.  I've changed my way of thinking and am making an effort to eat more unprocessed foods in smaller portions.

If you're going to buy fat-free, Good Housekeeping/Healthy Living has '5 Times You Should Skip the Fat-Free Version' and why- here's the list...

1. Dairy

2. Salad Dressing

3. Peanut Butter

4. Mayonnaise

5. Cookies and Other Baked Goods
