While some people believe you can’t have too much of a good thing, reasonable people know that moderation is key for almost everything in the world – especially certain foods.

Here’s a rundown of some foods to watch out for because you can actually "overdose" on them:

  • Raw tuna – Eating just six pieces of raw tuna a week would result in dangerously high mercury levels.
  • Soda – Excessive soda drinkers put themselves at risk of irregular heart function and erratic heartbeats.
  • Carrots – Too much of this vegetable can actually make your skin orange.
  • Water – Drinking too much water dilutes the concentration of sodium in your blood. So, use common sense and drink it throughout the day to keep things at normal levels. (MSN)
