In December, I decided to make a change and joined the YMCA.  Since it's been a nasty, cold winter, I've been utilizing my membership and taking many of their classes.  

When I saw this article about 'The Fastest Ways To Burn Major Calories' I figured I'd see a few of the classes I've been frequenting on the list- I was right! Lately, as opposed to running for an hour 6 days a week, I've been going to Jillian Michaels 'BodyShred', 'R.I.P.P.E.D.' and 'Tabata'- just to name a few. They're shorter, intense workouts that have big results.
