Technology is changing the way we work out- especially when the clothes you wear to the gym are monitoring what you're doing and how hard you are working your muscles.
Athos, an athletic apparel company, has created a line of tops and bottoms equipped with sensors to monitor which muscles you are using and let you know you if you are doing your exercises properly.
The line, which is set to hit retailers this fall, was designed as an aid for people who can't afford a personal trainer but still want to get the most out of their workouts. Basically, if you are trying to work your abs and core and you are doing your exercises wrong, the clothes will tell you.
They will also tell you if you are sitting on the couch not doing anything when you could be...okay- that could be a little annoying.
