15 Ways To Recover and Prevent Jet Lag

I just spent the week with the family in Florida and let me tell you, it was AMAZING! But after spending the week away from the frozen tundra I am definitely feeling the jet lag. I'm going to have to try out some of ABC's jet lag tips to get back into the swing of things! Hopefully you get to go somewhere for a week to escape the frozen tundra too! Try some of these tips out--no one likes jet lag!

 

Before the flight: 

1. Take care of yourself before you leave for your flight

2. Change your bed time

3. Bring a pillow on the plane

4. Bring headphones 

5. Sleep Sleep Sleep

 

During the flight: 

6. Change your watch

7. Pay attention to what you eat

8. Drink loads of water

9. Sleep during the flight

10. Move around

11. No foodbefore specific time

 

After the flight: 

12. Laziness is acceptable

13. If you can't bet 'em join 'em

14. Soak up some sun

15. No shoes
