Gender reveal, everyone that is having a baby seems to be doing them. Whatever happened to finding out the gender when the Mom gave birth. The parents would come home with their newborn and there would be a big pink or blue stork sign in the front of their yard, and you would celebrate with cigars, and if you were a kid you got either a pink or blue bubblegum cigar depending on the gender to celebrate. Nowadays, it's balloons being released from a box, cutting a cake with pink or blue frosting inside, or may personal favorite hitting a powered ball that releases pink or blue smoke.
I came across this gender reveal last night, and I honestly feel bad for this kid. Not only does it have to grow up a Padres fan, but if this Dad is teaching his child how to play baseball... that child won't make it past tee-ball and everyone makes it past tee-ball! Another thing, if your hand eye coordination isn't very good, I'd probably not do a gender reveal that involves hitting a ball and you swinging and missing 6 times. Bro, your wife/baby momma just struck you out twice... throwing underhand! I think it's safe to say that this child will not be playing baseball. Watch the gender reveal fail below:
