Who's ready for snow... and lot's of it? The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration released their predictions last week for the winter weather ahead. NOAA predicts we will have higher than average levels of precipitation between December and February.
The Farmers' Almanac also released their predictions which anticipates Minnesota's winter will be "frigid and snowy."
