Last night the Vikings beat Washington 19-9! Adrian Peterson who spent about 10 years with the Vikings is now the running back for Washington. Last night during the 4th quarter they showed AP on the jumbotron and where he is in terms of most rushing yards. That's when U.S. Bank Stadium erupted with a standing ovation, and people chanting AP! Adrian Peterson also gave the fans a salute and mouthed thank you as well.
That was probably the loudest I have ever heard it at U.S Bank Stadium.. well maybe second loudest to the Minneapolis Miracle! Check out the video below!
