Here's how you do it: (This is for an iPhone, I would assume most phones work the same way)
*Search "Voice" on your phone. You'll see "Voice Memos," open it.
*Hit record (the red button) and record your message. Hit the red button again when you're done.
*Click the 3 little dots on the left side.
*Click share, choose email and send to amy@k102.com.
