Ever since the Tiger King documentary, Joe Exotic has been trying to get out of prison.
The White House released a list of 73 pardons and 70 commutations before 1:00 a.m. ET on Wednesday, and Joseph Maldonado-Passage - also known as "Joe Exotic" -- was not on the list, according to CBS News. There was a stretch Dodge limo that was waiting outside of the prison that Joe Exotic is in, waiting to pick him up in case he was pardoned. Supporters of Joe Exotic were lined up outside the Federal Medical Facility, hoping to see him released.
Poor Joe Exotic, he really thought that he was going to get a pardon that he rented a stretch Dodge limo, which you can see below.
