Sometimes there are technical difficulties while on-air, and then there are times when the set tries to murder you!
The other night on ESPN in Colombia a journalist and anchor named Carlos Orduz got crushed by a video wall while on-air and it was all captured on video. Thankfully Carlos is fine after the incident.
