Dictionary.com Has Added 300 Words Including Zaddy, Oof, And Ya'll

Social media has given us some great words and people are using them in every day life. Dictionary.com just announced a huge update with more than 300 new words and revisions of old words, according to NY Post.

The additions include: Newsworthy things, like "5G," "long COVID," and "domestic terrorism." Cultural things like: "Deplatform," "minoritize," "side hustle," and "y'all" which somehow wasn't already on Dictionary.com. Internet lingo like: "Trigger Warning" which is abbreviated to "TW," "content warning," which is abbreviated to "CW," and "DEI" meaning "diversity, equity, and inclusion."

There was also some silly stuff added like: "Oof," "silver fox," "yeet," "zaddy," which stands for an attractive man who's also stylish, charming, and self-confident. Also added was "snack" which is described as a sexy person.
