There's A Thanksgiving-Flavored Ice Cream That's Made With Real Turkey

While most people celebrate the fact that it's Christmas season, I'm not overlooking that Thanksgiving is later this month. It's one of my favorite holidays. You get to eat as much as you want while wearing stretchy pants and no one judges you!

There's an ice cream brand called Salt & Straw that is selling a new line of Thanksgiving flavors and one is made with real turkey, according to The Takeout. The flavor is called Caramelized Turkey and Cranberry Sauce, and it has turkey bacon mixed in. So, it's not actual hunks of light and dark meat. But, it's still ice cream with turkey in it.

The other ingredients are cranberry sauce, thyme, and ground pepper. It's one of five Thanksgiving flavors they're selling as part of their "Friendsgiving Series." The other four flavors are: House Rolls with Salted Buttercream, Sweet Potato Pie with Double-Baked Almond Streusel, Pumpkin and Gingersnap Pie, and Candied Walnut Cheesecake.

You can get a variety pack with all five flavors at SaltAndStraw.com. It's $65, plus shipping.
