All you have to do is stop by your local Dairy Queen and you'll get one free small vanilla cone! Also, if you go to the Dairy Queen on Central Ave in Blaine you can get your cone dipped, all you have to do is donate $1 to the Children's Miracle Network and there will be a bucket in the store for cash donations!
