You may be familiar with Mariah Carey's Christmas hit, "All I Want For Christmas Is You." If you're not, you can hear it below (and it will probably ring a bell).
Well, Mariah is now being sued for that HUGE hit song. You know, the one that was released in 1993... The guy suing her is named Andy Stone, but he's better known as Vince Vance of Vince Vance and the Valiants. The group ALSO released a song called "All I Want for Christmas is You" in 1989. The lyrics and the melody aren't really similar, but according to the Hollywood Reporter, Andy feels that Mariah's song exploited his "popularity and unique style," and caused confusion with his song. He's seeking at least $20 million in damages.
