Let the FOOD weekend BEGIN! We helped John, one of my favorite strong squad besties, celebrate his birthday at Benihana. My goal: Finish my plate.... Benihana-1. Kia-0. #fail. But the leftovers were to die for. Pass the YUM YUM sauce.
After dinner, Austin and I met up with his brother to have a few beers down by the river and play ourselves an intense game of Hammerschlagen. If you haven't played before add it to your to do list! This game left me baby sitting two bros and handin' out a couple bandaids.

Lazy Sunday mornin' started with a special guest: Momma! I asked her, "What do you want to do for Mother's Day?" Her response "I would love a PJ party!"

She arrived in her PJ's and I gave Betty Crocker a run for her money with French Toast + Sausage + Fruit on the menu.
Mom and I curled up after breakfast in the movie room. "A Dog Purpose" showtime at the Kia household started at 9:30AM.
Tissues + Giggles + Coffee made for a perfect Mother's Day Sunday.
Austin and I stopped at CHS Field to get our hands on THE best burgers around. Grillfest 2017 you did not disappoint.
Rival House Sporting Parlour you got the taste buds LOVIN' every bite. Bacon. Pepper jack. Cheedar. Prezel Buns. Pickle Relish. I died and went to burger heaven.
What goes best with Burgers and Buns?? Come on now, you know this.
