Even though Hurricane Harvey has caused massive amounts of destruction in Texas, people continue to show kindness and caring for others.
Once such instance happened on Tuesday when someone dressed up as Spider-Man at a evacuation center that had more than 9,000 evacuees to cheer up children.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, "51 inches of rain has fallen on some parts of Texas, and the storm has led to at least 13 deaths."
