A happy ending for a family heading to Kirtland, New Mexico to bury their loved one. Late Sunday night, police say an SUV hauling a U-Haul trailer was stolen outside a hotel in southeast Albuquerque. Inside that trailer was a casket and the body of the family's loved one.
However, around 11 a.m. the police says it found the stolen SUV, trailer and casket with the body inside. APD hasn't arrested anyone for the theft yet, but believe their suspects are already in custody for separate crimes.
