High five for millennial men!
Gender equality issues in the workplace might be changing – at least a little bit – thanks to Millennial guys.
A new study found that Millennial men, more than the generations before them, are standing up for women in the workplace.
It seems young male employees better understand female co-workers because they are more likely to help at home with childcare and be part of a "dual-career" household.
Because of this, young guys are better able to avoid gender bias – and be advocates for women co-workers, based on merit alone.
