Having trouble going to sleep? Just make a list. A new study from Baylor University found that when people write a to-do list before bed it actually helps them sleep better. Seems writing it down before you go to sleep keeps you from thinking about all the things you need to get done. When all those things are swirling around your head when you close your eyes, it prevents you from nodding off. Writing a list puts those things on paper … and out of your head.
