Cooking, It's Not That Hard: Black Bean Pumpkin Soup

The recipe is suuper easy.

  • 2 Cans Black Beans (no salt added)
  • 1 Can Fire Roasted Tomatoes
  • 1 Can Pumpkin
  • 4 Cups Chicken Stock (Veggie to make if Vegan)
  • 1 Decent Size Onion (Somewhere between a baseball and a softball
  • As Much Dang Garlic as You Want
  • 1 Tbsp Cumin & Chili Powser
  • Pinch of Ginger, Nutmeg and Cinnamon
  • Salt to taste after simmering
