A massive ladybug swarm is moving across California. Meteorologists saw what appeared to be a large storm cloud hovering over San Diego County earlier this week. Turns out the cloud was a swarm of ladybugs. The cloud, termed a “bloom,” is estimated to be about 80 miles by 80 miles. The ladybugs were flying somewhere between 5,000 to 9,000 feet in the air.
