Bartender Gets Tipped With A Lottery Ticket Worth $50,000

When you're at the bar, how much do you usually tip? Probably not $50,000 right?! That would be an insane tip that us common folk would give. Well, in Missouri a bartender named Taylor Russey received an unlikely tip from one of her regulars that ended up winning her the lottery according to KMOV4 in Missouri.

Russey told them that one of the regular customers buys lottery tickets and hands them out to people around the bar when the jackpot gets high. That's what happened to Russey on October 19th when the customer tipped her the winning lottery ticket. At the time the bar was alerted that their lottery terminal had sold a ticket worth one of the top prizes. Russey told KMOV4, "I was like, ‘Guys, who won all this money and didn’t tell anybody?'”

She checked her ticket and realized that she had four of the five numbers, plus the Powerball number! Russey walked away $50,000 richer! Whoever that customer is, I'm willing to bet won't be handing out lottery tickets anytime soon!
