Lawsuit Says Toy Story 4 Totally Ripped Off A Character

Disney and Pixar have been named in a lawsuit filed by K&K Promotions who owns Evel Knievel.

The lawsuit says that Disney and Pixar did not ask for permission to use Evel Knievel AND they've been selling Duke Caboom toys and not sharing royalties with K&K Promotions.
