It’s a pretty common goal to live a long, fruitful life. Some people who are achieving this goal are living to 100 years old – and beyond. This, of course, doesn’t happen by accident. People who live to 100 are doing something right.
According to scientists, here are some of the basic keys to living to 100:
- exercise regularly
- eat right
- get enough sleep
