Wouldn’t it be nice to have an anxiety free day? It’s possible with three words.

If you’re trying something new or going into a big crowd, etc. All you have to do is repeat “I am excited!”

Research from the Harvard Business School showed that manipulating your emotions works. All it takes is repeating those words which translate the anxiety into a positive.

Say “I an excited out loud for one minute. What’ve you got to lose?
