Thirteen year old Kelsey was excited about getting blonde highlights for her birthday...so her mother, Christin Johnson, took her to the salon. Afterwards, Christin took a picture of her daughter and posted it on Facebook.
Well, that smile wasn't long-lived. After Kelsey was dropped off at her Dad's house, he wasn't happy about the highlights. As punishment, he and his wife (Kelsey's stepmother) chopped off her hair.
Christin was understandably LIVID...and shared the story on Facebook....
