Couples Reveal Their Biggest Wedding Regrets.

Just because your wedding was one of the best days of your life (in many cases) that doesn't mean you'd plan it exactly the same if you could do it all again. In fact, a new poll finds that 76% of people who married after 2010 admit that if they married again they’d do things differently, while 43% say there are aspects of their wedding that they “flat out regret.”

Among the biggest regrets, 47% of people say they wish they enjoyed  the festivities more, while 41% of respondents wish they invited more people to the wedding, and 41% would have invited less. Along those same lines, 18% of people wish they invited different guests, and 19% wish they simply eloped.

Overall, 28% of people have regrets about the money they spent on the  big day and people have definite thoughts on how they wish they had spent their money instead. The survey finds the top spending regrets  include:

  • Should put more money into the honeymoon fund
  • Spent too much on rings
  • Should have spent more money for a stellar photographer
