All the single ladies … are buying homes.
According to a survey by the National Association of Realtors, single women are buying homes at twice the rate of single guys.
Single women accounted for 18 percent of all home purchases last year, compared to just 7 percent of single men. According to the data, single women are the second-largest segment in the home-buying marketplace -- behind married couples.
