MN: Basketball Playoff Game Ends With Fans from Both Teams Storming Court

This video was everywhere over the weekend. There was a high school basketball playoff game on Friday between two Minnesota teams: Melrose High and Albany High. The winner would advance to the state tournament.

Well, the game came down to the last seconds, when a player on the Albany team put in a buzzer-beating shot that APPEARED to be the winner. Their fans were so excited they stormed the floor.

Problem, the officials hadn't given a decision on the shot yet. They WAVED IT OFF . . . meaning it didn't count.

So the score stayed the same and Melrose ended up winning. And that sent THEIR fans storming onto the court.
