Halloween is the time we all face our fears and watch a scary movie, but if you consider yourself "faint of heart," then you might want to avoid these movies, which are the SCARIEST movies to watch according to science!

A study that was conducted by Broadband Choices found that 2012'sSinister, which stars Ethan Hawke, is the scariest movie to watch because it raised participants' heart rates by an average of 32 beats per minute from when they started the film.

Now no one on the show has seen Sinister, so I know what we're doing this weekend, but below are the top ten scariest movies based on heart rate increase:
