Do you enjoy sharing the bed with your partner? Turns out that 1 out of every 4 couples hate it show much that they sleep in separate bedrooms!
A study from the National Sleep Foundation is going viral again after people realized it says almost 25% of all couples sleep in separate beds for different reasons.
Whether it's for health reasons, someone snores too loud, or the couple just hate sharing a bed it can also have negative AND positive effects on your relationship.
The study also noticed that many of the couples who slept separately said it increased their passion for one another as it gave each person their space.
