Keith Urban posted a video of himself getting terrible advice from a judge on an Australian talent show in 1983...when he was 16 years old.
You see him on the show, but his song "Wild Hearts" is dubbed over it. Then the clip cuts to a live shot of the judge saying Keith should be in a group because he's not strong enough to go solo. You feel sorry for the young fella.
Then the clip goes to black, and you hear "today's Keith" say, quote, "Sometimes you just gotta prove 'em wrong." That's followed by a string of concert clips with "solo Keith" showing that judge how wrong he was.
One more thing: If you saw Keith and a virtual Pink perform "One Too Many" on Friday's "Today Show", you probably noticed a red spot in the corner of his right eye. He hit up Twitter on Friday to explain that it's sub-conjunctival hemorrhage.
