FLOOR ENTRANCE: Guests with floor tickets will need to enter through the Upper Pentair Gate (south side of the stadium, off of South 6th Street) and receive a wristband. Guests are encouraged to arrive early and allow extra time for security procedures.
BAG POLICY: This is a Clear Bag Policy event. Only bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12” will be permitted into the stadium. Small clutch bags that are 4.5" x 6.5" with or without a handle or strap, may be carried into the stadium along with one of the clear bag options. Bag check will be available for $10 per bag at The Commons, located at 425 Portland Avenue South.

WILL CALL: A photo ID is required at the ticket office to pick up will call tickets. The ticket office will open at 10:00 AM on Friday, May 3, and open at 12:00 PM on Saturday, May 4.

PICK UP & DROP OFF LOCATIONS:U.S. Bank Stadium has partnered with Uber and Lyft to provide a great guest experience as part of our Ride Share Program. Guests that are requesting Uber or Lyft will be directed to pick up their ride at one of two locations located at 9th Avenue South between 6th Street South and 7th Street South, and 3rd Street between Park Avenue and Portland Avenue.
CAMERA POLICY: No commercial or flash photography of any kind is permitted. Guest are welcome to use still cameras for personal use at U.S. Bank Stadium. Tripods, mono pods, “selfie sticks” and cameras with a lens longer than 6” (detachable or non-detachable) will NOT be permitted into the stadium. Video cameras and video recording of events with other devices at U.S. Bank Stadium are prohibited.
SECURITY POLICY: Weapons of any kind including concealed carry weapons, knives (including pocket knives), mace (pepper spray and keychain pepper spray), blades, and tools are prohibited. Large belt buckles will need to be removed during the security screening process. TRISHA’S TAILGATE: Saturday’s concert will feature Trisha’s Tailgate, an outdoor pre-party opportunity from 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM on the Downtown East Plaza. Admission includes two drink vouchers per person and unlimited tailgate bites. Tickets are $65 per person and must be purchased in advance by clicking here. All policies for the concert apply to the Trisha’s Tailgate event.
TAILGATING: Aside from Trisha’s Tailgate, tailgate activities around U.S. Bank Stadium at Non-Vikings events will be authorized ONLY by the parking lot operator. U.S. Bank Stadium does not provide parking lots for tailgating for events.
OUTSIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGE: Patrons are not allowed to bring outside food or beverage into the stadium.
SMOKING: U.S. Bank Stadium is a completely non-smoking facility. All guests are prohibited from smoking (including electronic cigarettes, vaporizers or similar products) inside of the stadium and outside of the stadium within the security perimeter at any time.
