Earlier this week I lost my Grandma Dorothy. Before she passed, the hospice nurse gave a poem called "Letting Go" to my family. I read it after she passed and I feel it's perfect for anyone going through a loss or trying to say goodbye.
My Grandma was 98 (3 weeks shy of 99) and she lived an incredible life. She was ready to go for some time before she passed, but of course, it's been hard on my family to actually say goodbye to her. I know this can be the case for many families, which is why I wanted to share the poem. At the very least, I hope it brings you a sense of comfort in knowing you are not alone.
