I've talked before about Lauren Akins' podcast, "Live In Love," and this week's episode was hands-down my favorite. This week's episode is about loss and it features Alan Jackson's daughter, Mattie Selecman. Mattie lost her husband very suddenly about 3 years ago, about 3 weeks before their first wedding anniversary. The episode is incredibly powerful as it talks about Mattie moving forward after his passing and how she dealt with grief.
