People are not happy about the way CNN & MSNBC approached playing an Applebee's ad during coverage of the Russian attacks in Ukraine. Check out the clips of the awkward transitions below.
After the ad played and people reacted as they did, Applebee's suspended their advertising on the networks. In a statement, they said, “It never should have aired, and we are disappointed in the actions of the network.”
