A guy took to Reddit to share the story of how his wife wants HIM to pay HER $50,000 to have a baby. It sounds a little crazy, but part of me thinks it makes sense.
In a nutshell, both him & his wife make roughly $175,000 each. They've always kept their finances separate & split everything 50/50, including their mortgage.
They both want kids, but she found out that her company will only pay 50% of her salary for 6 months. Because of that, she thinks HE should have to pay her $50,000, otherwise, she's the only one taking a financial hit.
