Tim McGraw knows a lot about about two things: music and fitness! Tim will be playing the Twin Cities Summer Jam in June, and as far as fitness goes he wrote a book on his health transformation.
In an interview with People Tim McGraw said that he has gone through a physical transformation in the last 10 years, but it wasn't just his appearance that changed. “My mind is clearer, my sense of purpose is sharper, and my relationships are deeper. Consistent physical exercise helps me bring focus to my life and to the people who mean the most to me.”
The book will have some of his exercise tips as well as a mental approach so readers can improve their own health. I mean who wouldn't want to be floating around Big Island on Lake Minnetonka looking like Tim McGraw.
The book is due out on November 5th called "Grit and Grace: Train the Mind, Train the Body, Own Your Life." Just in case you don't think his plan works..see below!
