Here are four more stats from the survey:
1. The #1 reason people set fitness goals for summer is to lose weight. Boosting your confidence, and getting ready for an upcoming event, like a vacation or wedding season, also made the top five.
2. The top "tricks" we use to get in shape are walking more, avoiding sugar, avoiding fried foods, taking the stairs more often, and drinking less.
3. The hardest parts about getting healthy are avoiding sugar, working out, eating vegetables, avoiding snacks at work, and eating more fruit.
4. And the top summer activities we're looking forward to are spending more time outside, spending time with family, taking walks, going on vacation, and hitting the beach.
