I couldn't tell you how many times I have watched 'The Sandlot.' It's my favorite movie of all time! I can guarantee that if 'The Sandlot' was in theaters I could easily break the record of most times a single feature-length film was seen by an individual during its theatrical run.Â
A Wisconsin man by the name of Steve Ruppel actually broke this record by seeing the movie Captain Marvel 116 times! I shouldnât judge, but how much time does this guy have on his hands to see that movie that many times?! That takes some serious dedication â and by dedication, I mean 241.6 hours. Thatâs over 10 FULL DAYS of watching the same movie!
According to Complex, Steve had to confirm with Guinness that he saw the movie over by taking photos of himself at the theater and his ticket stubs. Steve also said that at one point he saw Captain Marvel seven times in one day! Makes me wonder how many times he will see Avengers: Endgame!
