If you've ever had a few more drinks than necessary, I’m sure you have experienced this feeling. You're laying in bed and all of sudden it feels like your bed starts spinning, what do you do? I have always been told when that happens to put one foot on the floor, but what happens when you can't?
A couple of days ago a 74-year-old woman was injured during a hike and had to be flown off Piestewa Peak according to Fox 10 Phoenix. During the airlift, things didn't go as planned and the woman was spinning while on a stretcher, it was almost like a real life representation of what it's like when you're lying in bed after a night out drinking and it starts to spin. I'm getting nauseated just thinking about it. The good news is that the woman is okay and suffered no ill effects from the spin, aside from a some dizziness and nausea.
