On Friday, the Little League team from Coon Rapids-Andover played their first game against the team from Bowling Green, Kentucky. ESPN interviewed Jen Bloom who was diagnosed with leukemia and she was cleared to travel to see watch her son Dylan Bloom play in the Little League World Series. During the interview Dylan got on base and scored a run, bringing Jen to tears.
