I honestly miss it, walking into the stadium, the fresh cut grass, the smell of grilled onions filling the air, and walking to your seat and the full ballpark comes into view. It seems like it's been years since we've had baseball!
It's back, it's finally back! The MLB Players Association has greed to the 2 terms. The first one being that the players could get to Spring Training by July 1, and the 2nd term is health and safety protocols.
With that being said, it's time to PLAY BALL! Spring Training 2.0 will begin on July 1 and the 60 game season in 66 days will start either July 23 or 24! Also, the plan is for teams to play 40 games in division and 20 games interleague with their geographic counterpart!
