It's the one State Fair food that I miss the most! Sure I could make corn on the cob on the grill but it doesn't taste the same like it does from the Corn Roast at the State Fair.
For one day only, you'll be able to get the sweet corn that they sell at the Corn Roast stand at the Minnesota State Fair. The corn will be made available by the Corn Roast’s longtime partner, Untiedt’s Vegetable Farms, on August 30, between 11 a.m and 1 p.m., as part of the farm's "Summer Celebration" outside Barnes & Noble in Maple Grove, according to City Pages. Thankfully they did this on a Sunday so we can have Sunday Funday with some corn!
I would honestly pay $10 for an ear of that sweet corn from the Corn Roast stand, thankfully it will only cost us $3 per ear. This is going to be the best $3 I'm going to spend all summer, although I'm going to buy more than one ear! If you have been craving this corn for a couple of months now like I have, you also have the option to buy a bagful of the corn to take home to eat at a later time.
