I would like to think that by announcing a new album that Rascal Flatts is doing their best impression of the Minnesota goodbye! This year Rascal Flatts was supposed to be on their farewell tour and hitting retirement. Due to COVID-19 we aren't able to give Rascal Flatts a proper goodbye, but Rascal Flatts is giving us a goodbye gift, one final album!
Okay so I may have mislead you, it's not a new new album, but Rascal Flatts did announce that they would be releasing an album called, "Twenty Years of Rascal Flatts: The Greatest Hits." This album is going to have so many number 1 hits on it and one hit that isn't on there is their first every single which started this whole thing called, "Prayin' For Daylight." The album will have 20 of their greatest hits on it!
Lead singer Gary Levox says, “When we were putting together the track listing for this, it was an emotional but nostalgic feeling getting a chance to look back during this anniversary year. We hope that our fans feel the same way when they listen to it. This release and this year as a band is all a huge thank you and celebration for them.”
The 20-song collection comes out on October 2nd.
