In the video that has been viewed over 4 millions times, the TikToker said she boiled water and added mint tea so the water wouldn't taste bad. I mean it's lettuce and water so it can't taste that bad, can it? Well, in the video she says that she probably should have left out the teat to get the full effect of the lettuce water. In the end, she says that the lettuce water helped.
